Alyson focuses her practice on labor and employment law and commercial litigation. Having started her practice with a large, national firm, she has experience in a wide range of complex commercial disputes. She assists in prosecuting and defending corporate clients in a variety of complex business litigation in state and federal courts, including commercial, construction, oil and gas, and employment-related issues. AlysonÕs employment practice includes representing and defending employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and unemployment claims. Alyson has handled numerous cases in state court and has achieved successful results for her clients in settlement, mediations and trials.
