Kevin is developing a dynamic litigation practice through the continued representation of a number of corporate clients in a wide array of business disputes. Kevin has experience with matters involving breach of contract, fraud, negligence, adverse possession, and nuisance claims, labor and employment issues, condemnation proceedings, ad valorem taxation disputes, and other business torts. His practice involves representing clients at all levels including state and federal court cases, as well as in post-judgment proceedings and appellate matters. Kevin has also advised and counseled a number of oil, gas, and energy clients on an array of pre-litigation disputes and has assisted these clients in reaching numerous favorable settlements prior to their cases reaching trial.
