Practice Emphasis
Katherine focuses her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution and is also developing a family law practice assisting with divorce and child custody issues. Katherine counsels clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit analysis and informal settlement negotiations to post-judgment collection and appellate matters. She practices before state and federal courts and arbitration panels and has experience with matters involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, fraud and misrepresentation, products liability, oil and gas disputes, and other business torts. Katherine also volunteers as a pro bono attorney on family law cases through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and on immigration and asylum cases through the Human Rights Initiative of North Texas, Inc.
